The Society for the Advancement of Social Studies (SASS!) is proud to present a series of lectures designed to both entertain and enlighten. One Tuesday, each month, we will meet to discuss a different historical topic that you probably knew at one point but dont remember anymore, plus themed drink specials.
This month, we will enlighten you about the origins of the Christian bible, explore the history of Judaism through some of its more unusual artifacts and delve into the history of the Church of Scientology.
Oh, and did we mention our speakers are a stand up comedian, curator of the Yeshivah University Museum and co-principal of the Brooklyn Brainery? Praise Jeeebus!
